Common use of MANNING Clause in Contracts

MANNING. The Lessee shall be responsibxx xxx providing or procuring that there be provided the officers and crew (together the "CREW") on board the Vessel who shall remain the employees of the Lessee or the Sub-Lessee, or such other person as the Lessee or the Sub-Lessee shall engage to provide crewing services for the Vessel. The Crew shall be responsible for the manning and operation of the Vessel on behalf of the Lessee and, as between the Lessor and the Lessee, at the risk of the Lessee.
