Common use of Manner of Providing Services Clause in Contracts

Manner of Providing Services. 1. CRO shall perform its responsibilities, in the scope indicated in the Agreement, with due diligence and in compliance with laws and regulations in force applicable in the countries where the Services will be performed, guidelines of Good Manufacturing Practice, Good Laboratory Practice, Good Clinical Practice, ICH GCP in a version applicable during the term of the Study conduct, in compliance with the Agreement and a valid version of the Protocol, constituting Attachment No. 3 to the Agreement, CRO’s SOPs listed in Attachment No. 4 and any written instructions of the Sponsor.
