Common use of Mandatory Reporting Requirements Clause in Contracts

Mandatory Reporting Requirements. In accordance with the Department’s added mandatory reporting requirements outlined in CFOP 180-4, Network Provider must comply with and inform its employees of the following mandatory reporting requirements which include incidents of fraud, waste, and abuse. Each employee of the Network Provider in connection with this contact who has any knowledge of a reportable incident shall report such incident as follows:
