Common use of Managing Director Clause in Contracts

Managing Director. Unless the Board of Directors otherwise specifies, the Managing Director shall have direct charge of all business operations of the Company and, subject to the control of the Board of Directors, shall supervise and have general charge of the business of the Company and shall keep the Board of Directors reasonably informed of his or her actions.

Managing Director.
