MANAGEMENT OF THE DEVELOPMENT. 8. The Developer shall maintain the Development in good physical condition in accordance with the Subsidizing Agency’s requirements and standards and the requirements and standards of the Mortgage and any applicable Housing Subsidy Program. The Developer shall provide for the management of the Development in a manner that is consistent with accepted practices and industry standards for the management of multi-family market rate rental housing. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Subsidizing Agency shall have no obligation hereunder, expressed or implied, to monitor or enforce any such standards or requirements and, further, the Subsidizing Agency has not reviewed nor approved the Plans and Specifications for compliance with federal, state or local codes or other laws.
