Management of Deliverables and Reporting. 7.28.1. The contractor shall be responsible for creating, maintaining, and disposing of only those government records and reports required by this PWS. If requested by the government, the contractor shall provide the original record, or a reproducible copy of any such report. All documentation, records, files, continuity books, schedules, etc., which are the responsibility of the contractor are the property of the government and shall remain so upon termination or completion of this contract. The contractor shall keep these items current.
