Contract Ceiling. The Consultant shall not do any work, provide any materials or equipment or perform any services which may result in any charges to the BCRC-Caribbean over and above the contract ceiling sum of [insert amount] without the prior written consent of the BCRC-Caribbean and a formal amendment to this Contract.
Contract Ceiling. UNIDO’s financial liability under this Contract is limited to the above-mentioned sum of<currency> <amount in words> (currency figure ). The Contractor shall not do any Work, provide any Equipment, or perform any services which may result in any charges to UNIDO over and above the said sum of Euros (EUR ) without the prior written consent of UNIDO and a formal amendment to this Contract.
Contract Ceiling. The maximum value of the contract will not exceed $70M for the National Guard and $10M for all other DoD Agencies (total of $80M) over the life of the contract (Base Year and all four Options). This contract ceiling is the Government's most optimistic scenario with respect to monetary appropriations, future requirements, and work currently being accomplished. In the event that the $80M capacity is exhausted prior to the end of the contract term, it is possible that additional (within scope) capacity may be added in order to facilitate resolicitation of the requirement. The Government reserves the right to redistribute the $10M capacity from the Other DOD.
Contract Ceiling. (1) BPA is not obligated to reimburse the Contractor for costs incurred in excess of the contract ceiling specified in the Schedule or, if this is a cost-sharing contract, the estimated cost to BPA specified in the Schedule; and
Contract Ceiling. The ceiling amounts under this agreement for each fiscal year are as follows: FY 1983 - $12,879 FY 1984 - $70,381 FY 1985 - $81,829 BIFC, agrees that the work to be performed under this agreement shall be accomp- lished within the ceiling amounts. Unless and until the Contracting Officer shall have notified the Contractor in writing that the ceiling amounts has been increased and shall have specified the extent of the increase, any costs incurred in excess of the contract ceiling amounts shall be borne by the Contractor. The Contractor is not obligated to continue performance if to do so would exceed the ceiling amount. .

Consultant shall not perform, nor be compensated for, Extra Work without written authorization from City’s Representative.

  • Contract Changes Changes may not be made in the terms and conditions of this contract without the agreement and written permission of the Director of Housing.
