Common use of Management and Administration Clause in Contracts

Management and Administration. All costs for management and administration of the Premises, the Building and/or the Project or any part thereof, including, without limitation, a property management fee, accounting, auditing, billing, postage, salaries and benefits for all employees and contractors engaged in the management, operation, maintenance, repair and protection of the Building and the Project, whether located on the Project or off-site, payroll taxes and legal and accounting costs, fees for licenses and permits related to the ownership and operation of the Project, and office rent for the Building and/or Project management office or the rental value of such office if it is located within the Building and/or Project.

Management and Administration.
