Managed Care Organizations (MCOs. The bargaining unit definition as stated above in Section 1.1 shall include all adult family home providers serving Medicaid enrollees through a contract with an MCO. In the event the State enters into a new contract with a new MCO for a new program or makes changes to an existing contract with an existing MCO, the State will notify the AFHC and fulfill its bargaining obligations in accordance with Article 9, Duty to Bargain.
