Making Developed Property Available to Users. Subject to the limitations set forth herein and any applicable registration requirements, and provided that Developer adequately labels the Developed Property to identify the entity making available and responsible for the Developed Property, Developer may make Developed Property that Developer develops available within the Service to other Users as further described in applicable documentation. In doing so, Developer is solely responsible for (i) controlling access to, and the accessible attributes of, Developed Property as further described in the documentation, (ii) the terms governing access and use, and (iii) having authorized account access and all necessary permissions prior to installing a Developed Property into the Service account of a User.
