Common use of Maintenance, Testing and Repair Clause in Contracts

Maintenance, Testing and Repair. GTE will provide repair and maintenance services to EZ Talk and its end user customers for resold services in accordance with the same standards and charges used for such services provided to GTE end user customers. GTE will not initiate a maintenance call or take action in response to a trouble report from a EZ Talk end user until such time as trouble is reported to GTE by EZ Talk. EZ Talk must provide to GTE all end user information necessary for the installation, repair and servicing of any facilities used for resold services according to the procedures described in the Guide.

GTE will not initiate a maintenance call or take action in response to a trouble report from a EZ Talk TEL - LINK end user until such time as trouble is reported to GTE by EZ TalkTEL - LINK. EZ Talk TEL - LINK must provide to GTE all end user information necessary for the installation, repair and servicing of any facilities used for resold services Services according to the procedures described in the Guide.
