CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWALS The Contract(s) shall be in effect for three (3) years, unless terminated in accordance with the contractual provisions. If mutually agreed between OGS and the Contractor, the Contract may be renewed under the same terms and conditions for up to two (2) additional one years. The Contract renewal may be exercised on a month to month basis such as an additional three month, six month, twelve month, or 24 month period.
CONTRACT PERIOD AND RENEWAL The Contract is effective on the signature date of the latter of the Parties to sign this agreement and terminates on March 15, 2021, unless renewed, extended, or terminated pursuant to the terms and conditions of the Contract. Maintenance Period During the Maintenance Period the Developer shall at its own expense maintain repair and otherwise S.9 keep the Works in good working order and repair to the reasonable satisfaction of xxx Xxxxxxxxxx unless xxx Xxxxxxxxxx shall declare that any required maintenance and/or repair is an emergency in which case the Developer shall carry out the said maintenance and/or repair immediately Access to the Works and consequences of inspections The Developer shall arrange for xxx Xxxxxxxxxx to have access to the Works and the Site at all
INTERIM MAINTENANCE PERIOD During the interim maintenance period between obtaining of the completion certificate of Project and formation and operationalization of the Association the Promoter shall through itself or through a facility management company constitute a committee to run, operate, manage and maintain the Common Areas.
Vehicle Maintenance (a) The Company agrees to maintain all vehicles up to standards which will insure that the employees who operate such vehicles are not exposed to such hazards as arise out of lack of proper maintenance. Each employee who operates a Company vehicle bears the direct responsibility for its safe and proper operation. Each such employee is also responsible for reporting any malfunction of equipment, mechanical defect, and any accident involving the vehicle.
Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Controller, Associate Professor for one year(s), commencing on July 1, 2021 and terminating on June 30, 2022. The Administrator accepts such employment on the conditions hereinafter set forth, and any applicable provisions of the Board of Trustees Policy Manual. In the event of conflict between Board Policy and this Contract, the Contract shall govern.
Scheduled Maintenance Maintenance window for disruptive work to Service will be limited 12:00 A.M. to 4:00 A.M., Central Daylight Time (CDT), any day with requirement of one (1) calendar week notification to Customer prior to maintenance. LightEdge will send an e-mail notification of such disruptive maintenance to Service to Authorized Contacts of Customer. Once notification is sent to Customer this will be considered a “Scheduled Maintenance”. Any Service SLAs will NOT apply during a Scheduled Maintenance.
Term of Agreement and Renewals The Agreement with TIPS is for approximately three (3) years with an option for renewal for an additional one
Uniform Maintenance Allowance 22.1 The City provides uniforms or uniform allowance for employees represented by the Association. The City will continue to replace, repair and maintain uniforms worn in the line of duty. The average cost of the uniforms/uniform allowances are reported as special compensation (for those employees defined as “classic employees” by the Public Employees’ Pension Reform Act of 2013 for retirement calculation purposes and is currently reported as $17 per pay period.
Maintenance, Etc The Company will maintain, preserve and keep, and will cause each Consolidated Subsidiary to maintain, preserve and keep, its properties which are used in the conduct of its business (whether owned in fee or a leasehold interest) in good repair and working order, ordinary wear and tear excepted, and from time to time will make all necessary repairs, replacements and renewals as the Company may determine to be appropriate to the conduct of its business.
