Maintenance of Terms and Conditions of Employment. Unless specifically altered by this Agreement, all provisions of the prior Contracts covering employees in the bargaining unit, as well as the Letter of Agreement entered into between the Judiciary and its employee representatives on December 28, 1994, shall remain unchanged.
