MAINTENANCE OF COMPLETED FACILITIES. Upon completion of the project and prior to final payment by the Division, the District will create the preventative maintenance schedules of any new space facility included in the District’s overall maintenance plan contained in the District’s computerized maintenance management system as required by the Academic Facilities Master Plan prior to final payment by the Division.
