Common use of Maintenance and Repair Contracts Clause in Contracts

Maintenance and Repair Contracts. To contract and pay for or otherwise provide for the maintenance, restoration and repair of all improvements of whatsoever kind and for whatsoever purpose from time to time located upon or within the Common Areas or as required for exterior maintenance, sidewalks or lot clean-up in the event owner fails to maintain as required.
