Maintaining Certain Insurance Benefits. Arrangements may be made between the employee and the Human Resources Department for continuation of certain insured benefits, if permissible under the benefit plan design, while on a leave of absence without pay. If the employee elects continuation of certain benefits, the employee would assume the full premium cost of the insured benefits.
