Common use of Loss of Benefits Clause in Contracts

Loss of Benefits. a) An employee whose service with the Company has been terminated for just cause shall not be entitled to any benefits as of the termination date. In the case of a temporary layoff, benefits will cease after ninety (90) days of layoff.
