Where an Employee is entitled to be registered and be credited for service under the Building & Construction Industry Long Service Leave Act 1986 (NSW), the Long Service Leave Act 1955 (NSW) will not apply. The applicable rate of pay for Long Service Leave will be in accordance with the corresponding rate rates of pay set out in Appendix 2this Agreement.
