Common use of LONG SERVICE LEAVE revised from Clause in Contracts

LONG SERVICE LEAVE revised from. Former DoL employees who at the time of settlement of this Agreement had between 15 and 20 years of actual or recognised service will be entitled to LSL as follows:  two weeks holiday to be taken prior to the completion of 20 years of service, and a further one week holiday at 20 years continuous service with no further entitlement

LONG SERVICE LEAVE revised from. Former DoL employees who at the time of settlement of this Agreement had between 10 and 15 and 20 years of actual or recognised service will be entitled to LSL as follows:  › two weeks weeks’ holiday to be taken prior to the on completion of 20 years of ten years’ continuous service, and › a further one week holiday at five yearly thereafter with no further entitlement beyond 20 years continuous service with no further entitlementservice.

Former DoL employees who at the time of settlement of this Agreement had between 15 and more than 20 years of actual or recognised service and who have not taken previous LSL or who have an entitlement to grand-parented provisions will be entitled to LSL as follows:  two weeks holiday to be taken prior to the completion of 20 years of service, and a further one week holiday at 20 years continuous service with no further entitlement.
