Common use of Locum Extension Clause in Contracts

Locum Extension. Subject to all the terms, conditions, exclusions and provisions of this Policy, we extend the coverage afforded under this Policy for any Claim made against You during the Period of insurance arising out of Malpractice committed or allegedly committed by a locum officer practicing at Your clinic (which as a condition precedent to liability under this Policy must be duly registered as a private medical clinic under the Private Healthcare Facilities & Services Act 1998 and Regulations 2006 at the time that the actual or alleged Malpractice was committed) and provided always that: -
