Procedures Extension Clause Samples

Procedures Extension. Subject to all the terms, conditions, exclusions and provisions of this Policy, we extend the coverage afforded under this Policy for any Claim made arising out of Malpractice committed or allegedly committed in the performance of Procedures as defined notwithstanding exclusion 1 (a) provided the same is specifically endorsed onto the Schedule.
