Common use of Location of Specified Facilities Clause in Contracts

Location of Specified Facilities. The Specified Facilities may either be located outside the Said Property or may be part of the Said Property; if some of the Specified Facilities are part of the Said Property, then and in such event such part of the Said Property on which the Specified Facilities are located shall be deemed to be excluded from the area of the Said Property and the Land Share being agreed to be transferred to the Buyer shall not under any circumstances extend to and include such part. The Buyer hereby accepts the same and shall not, under any circumstances, raise any objection or hindrance in this regard.
