Common use of Local Clause in Contracts

Local. 1 agrees it shall indemnify and hold the District harmless from any liability arising from any and all claims, demands, lawsuits or other actions arising from implementation or compliance with this Article, or District reliance on any list, notice, certification or authorization furnished under this Article. Local 1 further agrees to refund to the District any sums paid to Local 1 in error by the District.
