Local Housing. For a period of six months from the date hereof, the Company shall, at its expense, provide Executive with a furnished one or two bedroom apartment reasonably acceptable to him, including basic utilities (other than telephone charges), within ten miles of the Company's principal executive office.

Local Housing. The Company agrees to pay the expenses associated with a suitable apartment for Executive in Miami, Florida for as long as Executive shall reasonably require such apartment, and shall pay Executive a gross-up amount for applicable tax liabilities, if any, arising out of the provision of such apartment.
