Common use of Local Dialing Parity Clause in Contracts

Local Dialing Parity. 14.1 The Parties shall provide local Dialing Parity to each other as required under Section 251(b)(3) of the Act. CenturyLink will provide local Dialing Parity to competing providers of Telephone Exchange Service and telephone toll service, and will permit all such providers to have non-discriminatory access to telephone numbers, operator services, Directory Assistance, and Directory Listings, with no unreasonable dialing delays. CLEC may elect to route all of its End User Customers' calls in the same manner as CenturyLink routes its End User Customers' calls, for a given call type (e.g., 0, 0+, 1+, 411).
