The Lessee shall execute all such works which any County or District Council or other Local or Public Authority may require to be carried out in respect of the demised premises either by the Authority or by the Lessee and immediately after the receipt of any notice requiring such works to be carried out the Lessee shall send a copy thereof to the Authority.
