Dealings. NCPS and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of NCPS may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Issuer and become pecuniary interested in any transaction in which the Issuer may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Issuer and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not NCPS under this Escrow Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude NCPS from acting in any other capacity for the Issuer or any other entity.
Dealings. The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Issuer and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Issuer may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Issuer and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Escrow Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Issuer or any other entity.

The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Depositor or Recipient and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Depositor or Recipient may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Depositor or Recipient and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Depositor or Recipient or for any other entity.
Dealings. 3.12.1 Not to part with or share the possession or occupation of the whole or any part or parts of the Property Provided that the Tenant may share occupation of part of the Property with a body or individual providing services or facilities which are ancillary to and within the uses referred to in clause 3.9.3 where no relationship of landlord and tenant arises as a result of such occupation;
Dealings. (a) The Tenant shall not share or part with possession of or allow anyone else to occupy all or any part of the Premises, nor hold them on trust for anyone, except in accordance with the following provisions.

Deposit Account Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of Deposit Account Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Issuer and become interested in any transaction in which the Issuer may be interested, and contract and lend money to the Issuer and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Deposit Account Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude Deposit Account Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Issuer or for any other entity.

The Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of the Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of the Principal and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which the Principal may be interested, contract and lend money to the Principal and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude the Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for the Principal or any other entity.
Dealings. Generally to deal with and effect any transaction or arrangement of any kind whatsoever in respect of any Security Asset;

Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of Escrow Agent may buy, sell and deal in any of the securities of any other party hereto and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which any other party hereto may be interested, and contract and lend money to any other party hereto and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for any other party hereto or for any other person or entity.

Escrow Agent and any stockholder, director, officer or employee of Escrow Agent may buy, sell, and deal in any of the securities of Parent and become pecuniarily interested in any transaction in which Parent, Fuse or the Holders may be interested, and contract and lend money to Parent, Fuse or the Holders and otherwise act as fully and freely as though it were not Escrow Agent under this Agreement. Nothing herein shall preclude Escrow Agent from acting in any other capacity for Parent, Fuse or for any other entity or for the Holders.
