V prípadoch, keď sú fotografie tovaru vyhotovené na náklady spoločnosti Bolt alebo osobou ňou poverenou, všetky práva s nimi súvisiace (vrátane práv duševného vlastníctva a práva na používanie) patria spoločnosti Bolt. Ak sa partner rozhodol zakúpiť licenciu na používanie fotografií tovaru, partnerovi bude umožnený prístup k takýmto fotografiám tovaru a môže ich používať na akékoĺvek účely, s výnimkou ich zobrazovania na platformách, ktoré konkurujú spoločnosti Bolt, a ich používania na poskytovanie rovnakých služieb, aké partner poskytuje spoločnosti Bolt.

  • HEALTH AND LIFE INSURANCE The Sheriff will continue to offer to employees of this bargaining unit the same health and life insurance programs being offered to other Sheriff’s Office employees. Due to the changing nature of the health insurance market, the Sheriff retains the right during the term of this Agreement to develop plan changes or to change carriers in order to reduce costs or for other reasons. Changes to the level and types of benefits shall be subject to bargaining as provided by law. Rates paid by the employee will be established by the Sheriff.

  • I nsurance During the License Term, Licensee shall, at its own cost and expense, procure and continue in force such insurance policies as are required by Licensor. Such insurance shall, at a minimum include commercial general liability insurance with a combined policy limit of at least $1,000,000 or such other amount as is reasonably agreed to by the parties. Licensor shall be named as an additional named insured on all such policies of insurance. A renewal policy shall be procured not less than ten (10) days prior to the expiration of any policy. Each original policy or a certified copy thereof, or a satisfactory certificate of the insurer evidencing insurance carried with proof of payment of the premium, shall be deposited with Licensor prior to the commencement date of the term hereof and within ten (10) days of the each anniversary date thereafter. If possible and financially feasible, Licensee shall endeavor to have the foregoing insurance policy provide coverage for issues related to COVID-19, novel coronavirus, or similar issues. Licensee shall provide workers’ compensation and employer liability coverage as may be required by the State of Nebraska.

  • General Provisions for all Insurance Coverage 8.24.1 Without limiting Contractor's indemnification of County, and in the performance of this Contract and until all of its obligations pursuant to this Contract have been met, Contractor shall provide and maintain at its own expense insurance coverage satisfying the requirements specified in Paragraphs 8.24 and 8.25 of this Contract. These minimum insurance coverage terms, types and limits (the “Required Insurance”) also are in addition to and separate from any other contractual obligation imposed upon Contractor pursuant to this Contract. The County in no way warrants that the Required Insurance is sufficient to protect the Contractor for liabilities which may arise from or relate to this Contract.

  • WORKPLACE SAFETY AND INSURANCE 41.1 Where an employee is absent by reason of an injury or an occupational disease for which a claim is made under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, his or her salary shall continue to be paid for a period not exceeding thirty (30) days. If an award is not made, any payments made under the foregoing provisions in excess of that to which he or she is entitled under Articles 44.1 and 44.6 (Short Term Sickness Plan) shall be an amount owing by the employee to the Employer.

  • Contractors Pollution Liability Insurance (If Applicable $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 aggregate or whatever amount is acceptable to the City for any exposure to “hazardous materials” as this term is defined in applicable law, including but not limited to waste, asbestos, fungi, bacterial or mold. Lower tier sub-subcontractors, Truckers, Suppliers: Evidence confirming lower tier subcontractors, truckers and suppliers are maintaining valid insurance prior to beginning work on the project to meet the requirements set forth herein on Subcontractor, including but not limited to all additional insured requirements of Subcontractor.   • Health and Safety Provisions The Employer shall continue to make and enforce provisions for the occupational health, safety, and security of employees. The Employer will respond to suggestions on the subject from the Union and the parties undertake to consult with a view to adopting and expeditiously carrying out reasonable procedures and techniques designed or intended to prevent or reduce the risk of employment injury and employment-related chronic illness.

  • WORKPLACE SAFETY AND INSURANCE BENEFITS 25.01 An employee who sustains an injury or disease arising out of and in the course of his/her duties is covered by the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997, S.O. 1997, as amended.
