Listing on Stock Exchange. Appropriate filings shall have been made to list the Common Stock on Nasdaq, any other national securities exchange as identified under the Exchange Act, or the Nasdaq OTC Bulletin Board (or comparable substitute quotation system) as of the Closing and no action shall have been taken by Nasdaq or such national securities exchange to terminate such listing prior to the Closing.
Listing on Stock Exchange. (a) When mandated by the approval of a Majority Resolution, and subject to section 5.1, the Corporation shall use it reasonable commercial efforts to obtain a listing for the Shares or other securities issued by the Corporation on a recognized stock exchange, and may issue or transfer Shares or other securities to the public in connection with such listing.
Listing on Stock Exchange. The Company’s Equity shares are listed on The Bombay Stock Exchange Ltd and National Stock Exchange of India Ltd. Annual Listing fees as prescribed have been paid to the Stock Exchanges for the year 2016- 2017.
Listing on Stock Exchange. All of the shares of ASR Common Stock to be issued hereunder shall have been authorized for listing, subject to official notice of issuance, on the American Stock Exchange.
Listing on Stock Exchange. In the event that the Company is listed on a stock exchange other than the Trading Market, the obligations and rights of the Parties provided in Article 2 through 4 of this Agreement shall be re-negotiated between the Parties.
Listing on Stock Exchange. The Common Stock is currently listed on NASDAQ. If the Company at any time lists any Common Stock or other securities of the same class as those issuable on exercise of this Warrant on any national securities (other than NASDAQ), the Company will, at its sole expense, simultaneously list on that exchange, an official notice of issuance on exercise of this Warrant and maintain such listing or inclusion of all shares of Warrant Stock or other securities from time to time issuable on exercise of this Warrant.
Listing on Stock Exchange. Until the occurrence of Bank Facility Termination, PRMA shall maintain public ownership sufficient to remain a publicly traded corporation on either the New York Stock Exchange, American Stock Exchange or NASDAQ.
Listing on Stock Exchange. For so long as the Company shall list any shares of Common Stock on any stock exchange, it shall, at its expense, list thereon, maintain and, when necessary, increase such listing of, all shares of Subject Stock.
Listing on Stock Exchange. For a period of 12 months following the Closing, Parent shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause its Common Stock to be listed for trading a national stock exchange. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Parent shall not be deemed to be in breach of the foregoing covenant if it is not eligible to list on or is removed from any trading system or exchange as a result of its failure to meet any balance sheet, market capitalization or other financial requirement established by such trading system or exchange and make such disclosures in the periodic filings with the SEC.
Listing on Stock Exchange. The -------------------------- Mercantile Common is listed for trading on The New York Stock Exchange.
