Subject Stock definition

Subject Stock has the meaning assigned to it in Section 5(a).
Subject Stock means both the Company’s Common Stock and Class A Common Stock. Equity percentages relative to the Subject Stock shall refer to the combined equity of Common Stock and Class A Common Stock.
Subject Stock means (i) all the issued and outstanding capital stock of IPHC and (ii) 52,068 common shares, par value of $1,000 pesos each, of ABSA, of which 39,561 shares correspond to Series "B," 50 of them representing the fixed portion of the capital stock without a right of withdrawal, and 12,507 shares correspond to Series "T."

Examples of Subject Stock in a sentence

  • Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, this Agreement shall apply to each Stockholder solely in its capacity as a holder of Subject Stock and not in any other capacity.

  • The Seller shall use all reasonable efforts to list all Subject Stock covered by such registration statement on any national securities exchange on which the Common Stock is then listed or to list such Subject Stock on the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc.
