Line 150 Protection Packages. The existing step distance protection schemes will remain for both of the Line 150 protection packages. One package will use an RFL IMUX with an MTS card and the other package will use an RFL GARD8000. DTT will be sent to the KCE NY6 Collector Substation for a line relay operation, and R7775 and R7778 breaker failure. DTT for breaker failure will be received from the KCE NY6 Collector Substation. Two (2) SEL-351-6 relays will be added for DTT receive supervision and will be used to trip and drive reclosing to lockout. New points from the DTT equipment will be added to the Digital Fault Recorder (“DFR”).
