Limitation on Liens and Encumbrances. Except for the interests of Lender, the Borrower will not at any time create, assume, incur or permit to exist, any mortgage, lien, pledge, charge, security interest or other encumbrance of any kind in respect of the Personal Property (except such purchase money security interests granted by Borrower prior hereto as disclosed to and approved by Lender prior hereto), or any other assets, income or revenues of any character, whether heretofore or hereafter acquired by it.
