Transit Traffic The following rates will apply:
Tandem Transit Traffic 12.1 As used in this Section, Tandem Transit Traffic is Telephone Exchange Service traffic that originates on CBB's network, and is transported through Verizon’s Tandem to the subtending End Office or its equivalent of another carrier (CLEC, ILEC other than Verizon, Commercial Mobile Radio Service (CMRS) carrier, or other LEC (“Other Carrier”). Neither the originating nor terminating customer is a Customer of Verizon. Subtending End Offices shall be determined in accordance with and as identified in the Local Exchange Routing Guide (LERG). Switched Exchange Access Service traffic is not Tandem Transit Traffic.
RAIN GEAR Management will provide rain gear to employees in the classifications listed below who are required to work outside in inclement weather as a normal part of their job duties. Management shall replace such gear when no longer serviceable. Loop Provisioning Involving Integrated Digital Loop Carriers 2.6.1 Where EveryCall has requested an Unbundled Loop and BellSouth uses Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC) systems to provide the local service to the end user and BellSouth has a suitable alternate facility available, BellSouth will make such alternative facilities available to EveryCall. If a suitable alternative facility is not available, then to the extent it is technically feasible, BellSouth will implement one of the following alternative arrangements for EveryCall (e.g. hairpinning):
Engine A. Any internal repairs or replacement of internal components, or replacement of engine assembly.
Landings After landings have served Purchaser’s purpose, Purchaser shall ditch and slope them to permit water to drain or spread. Unless agreed otherwise, cut and fill banks around landings shall be sloped to remove overhangs and otherwise minimize ero- sion.
Underground Tanks If underground or other storage tanks storing Hazardous Materials located on the Premises or the Project are used by Tenant or are hereafter placed on the Premises or the Project by Tenant, Tenant shall install, use, monitor, operate, maintain, upgrade and manage such storage tanks, maintain appropriate records, obtain and maintain appropriate insurance, implement reporting procedures, properly close any underground storage tanks, and take or cause to be taken all other actions necessary or required under applicable state and federal Legal Requirements, as such now exists or may hereafter be adopted or amended in connection with the installation, use, maintenance, management, operation, upgrading and closure of such storage tanks.
One-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.3.1 Where the Parties use One-Way Interconnection Trunks for the delivery of traffic from CBB to Verizon, CBB, at CBB’s own expense, shall:
NFFE An “NFFE” means any Non-U.S. Entity that is not an FFI as defined in relevant U.S. Treasury Regulations, and also includes any Non- U.S. Entity that is resident in [FATCA Partner] or other Partner Jurisdiction and that is not a Financial Institution.
Two-Way Interconnection Trunks 2.4.1 Where the Parties have agreed to use Two-Way Interconnection Trunks for the exchange of traffic between Verizon and ICG, ICG shall order from Verizon, and Verizon shall provide, the Two-Way Interconnection Trunks, and the Entrance Facility on which such Trunks will ride, and transport and multiplexing, in accordance with the rates, terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement and Verizon’s applicable Tariffs.
