School Operations The School’s governing board shall be solely responsible for the operation of the school and exercise continuing oversight over the School’s operations. The School’s governing board will define and refine policies regarding educational philosophy, and oversee assessment and accountability procedures to assure that the School’s student performance standards are met or exceeded.
Integrated Digital Loop Carriers The feeder portion of some loops may be provide by means of Integrated Digital Loop Carrier (IDLC). IDLC provides a fiber optic cable transmission path that travels directly into BellSouth’s central office local switch. Where BellSouth uses IDLC ,if technically feasible and capacity does exist, BST will provide Al-Call with a Designed DS0 UVL by using alternative provisioning techniques including but not limited to such as “hairpinning” and DAC grooming. Alternative provisioning techniques will be provided at no additional cost to Al-Call . Hairpinning involves providing a DS0 signal from an IDLC-served loop to Al-Call ’s collocation equipment by using a dedicated pathway that traverses BellSouth’s central office switch. BellSouth will provide such DS0 signal to Al-Call by establishing a copper cross connect between the BellSouth switch and Al-Call ’s collocation equipment.

Urgent Care This plan covers services received at an urgent care center. For other services, such as surgery or diagnostic tests, the amount that you pay is based on the type of service being provided. See Summary of Medical Benefits for details. Follow-up care (such as suture removal or wound care) should be obtained from your primary care provider or specialist.
Surgery Services and Mastectomy Related Treatment This plan provides benefits for mastectomy surgery and mastectomy-related services in accordance with the Women’s Health and Cancer Rights Act of 1998 and Rhode Island General Law 27-20-29 et seq. For the member receiving mastectomy-related benefits, coverage will be provided in a manner determined in consultation with the attending physician, physician assistant, or an advance practice registered nurse and the patient, for: • all stages of reconstruction of the breast on which the mastectomy was performed; • surgery and reconstruction of the other breast to produce a symmetrical appearance; • prostheses; and • treatment of physical complications at all stages of the mastectomy, including lymphedema. Mobility 7.1 There may also be a business need to travel and work on a temporary basis at any premises which the Corporation currently has or may subsequently acquire or at any premises at which it may from time to time provide services. This would be subject to discussion and agreement giving due regard to the following considerations: - The location and arrangements for travel and subsistence; - The length of the working day with increased travel time; - The hours of work; - The timescale and duration of the proposed arrangements; - The employee’s personal and family circumstances.
Vynálezy Stávající vynálezy a technologie Zadavatele nebo Zdravotnického zařízení zakládají jejich samostatné vlastnictví a Smlouva na ně nemá žádný vliv. Kompletní práva, nároky a podíly ohledně veškerých vynálezů, know-how, autorských práv nebo jiných práv duševního vlastnictví, které vzniknou, budou vyvinuty nebo použity v praxi (včetně veškerých zlepšení nebo úprav), které i) používají, využívají nebo zahrnují Hodnocené léky; ii) jsou zahrnuty nebo předvídány v Protokolu; nebo iii) používají, využívají nebo zahrnují Důvěrné informace, zakládají výlučné vlastnictví Zadavatele (společně xxxx xxx „Vynálezy Zadavatele“). Zdravotnické zařízení je povinno bezodkladně písemně informovat PRA a/nebo Zadavatele o každém takovém Vynálezu Zadavatele, a tímto převádí (a zajistí, aby všichni členové studijního týmu převedli) na Zadavatele veškerá práva, nároky a podíly týkající se každého jednotlivého Vynálezu Zadavatele. Zdravotnické zařízení se zavazuje poskytnout Zadavateli na jeho náklady přiměřenou pomoc, xxx xxxx Zadavatel smluvně zajistit a vykonávat svá práva na takové Vynálezy Zadavatele. Zdravotnické zařízení má výlučný vlastnický titul ke všem vynálezům nebo objevům, které vzniknou nebo budou použity v praxi výhradně zásluhou Zdravotnického zařízení, a které nenáleží Zadavateli. 9.
Emergency Childcare Employees may use vacation leave for childcare emergencies after the employee has exhausted all of their accrued compensatory time. Use of vacation leave and sick leave for emergency childcare is limited to a combined maximum of four (4) days per calendar year.
SCHOOLING The Parents agree to work together to ensure that the Child(ren) receive a quality education and shall cooperating in making decisions regarding the Child(ren)’s education. The Parents shall share information about the Child(ren)’s academic progress and shall make reasonable efforts to ensure that the Child(ren) complete assigned homework and projects.
Streets and Municipal Services 4.1 Off-Site Disturbance Any disturbance to existing off-site infrastructure resulting from the development, including but not limited to, streets, sidewalks, curbs and gutters, street trees, landscaped areas and utilities, shall be the responsibility of the Developer, and shall be reinstated, removed, replaced or relocated by the Developer as directed by the Development Officer, in consultation with the Development Engineer.
