  • Rain Gear – The Board agrees to furnish a complete set of rain gear for each custodian.

  • The Authority will supply the following safety issue, on an "As Needed" basis, which the employee shall be required to reasonably maintain: Complete Set of Rain Gear (Boots, Jacket & Pants).

  • Rain Gear specifications as currently listed in the Uniform/Equipment Specifications Manual under subsection XIX (e) will be updated to reflect optional rain gear (Jacket and Pants) that may be purchased at the employee’s expense for use during inclement weather.
