Life span. 2.1 This National Service Agreement takes effect from 3 April 2006 and will remain in force for 2 years. Yearly reviews will be carried out and in-year reviews may also be instigated if required. See Schedule 1 for contact details.

Life span. The agreement is stipulate for the life span shown in the attached “booking form” and it will cease without cancellation. It won’t be automatically renewed at its expiration.
Life span. The anticipated life span of the Artwork is set forth in the Exhibits. After that time, the County in its sole discretion may re-evaluate the Artwork to determine if it retains its identity as a work of art and, if not, whether to take appropriate action, including the possibility of destroying the Artwork. If no life span is specified in the Exhibits or pursuant to a subsequent Agreement modification, the anticipated life span of the Artwork shall be twenty-five (25) years. If prior to that time County determines that, through decay, vandalism or other forces, the Artwork has lost its integrity to the point where it should be destroyed, the County shall first make efforts to offer the Artwork to Artist provided Artist pays for all costs and expenses, including but not limited to costs, associated with dismantling, removal, storage or transportation of the Artwork.

  • Safety Footwear Allowance Effective 1/1/07, the Contra Costa Community College District will provide an initial two pairs of safety/protective work boots or shoes for employees in the following classifications: Building Maintenance Worker, Equipment Maintenance Worker, Senior Equipment Maintenance Worker, Maintenance Mechanic, Lead Maintenance Mechanic, Maintenance Assistant, Ground Worker / Gardener I, II, Senior or Lead, Shipping and Receiving Clerk, and all other mutually agreed upon classifications required to wear safety; protective shoes per OSHA/ASTM standards.

  • Site Allowance All new construction and extension/refurbishment work having a project value in excess of $2.0m will attract the then current City of Melbourne Site Allowance.

  • Contribution Formula - Basic Life Coverage For employee basic life coverage and accidental death and dismemberment coverage, the Employer contributes one-hundred (100) percent of the cost.

  • Parental Allowance (a) An employee who has been granted parental leave without pay, shall be paid a parental allowance in accordance with the terms of the Supplemental Unemployment Benefit (SUB) Plan described in paragraphs (c) to (i), providing he or she:

  • Leave Loading 10.2 The employer and the individual employee must have genuinely made the agreement without coercion or duress.

  • Parental Leave Allowance (a) An employee who qualifies for parental leave pursuant to Clause 26.02, shall be paid a parental leave allowance in accordance with the Supplemental Unemployment Benefit (SUB) Plan. In order to receive this allowance, the employee must provide to the Employer proof of application and eligibility to receive employment insurance benefits pursuant to the Employment Insurance Act. An employee disentitled or disqualified from receiving employment insurance benefits is not eligible for parental leave allowance.
