Common use of Life Insurance Plan Clause in Contracts

Life Insurance Plan. Life Insurance will be procured for each employee, (excluding retired employees) equal to the amount of the gross salary received under the salary schedule for a given year, not including overtime, holiday or special pay. Dependent coverage at the amount of one thousand dollars ($1,000) per spouse and child is provided in the current plan. City agrees to pay the premium for this coverage.
