Licensable activities. BVHT holds a Performing Rights Society (PRS) for Music Licence and a Phonographic Performance Licence (PPL) which permit the use of copyright music in any form, e.g. record, compact disc, tapes, radio, television or by performers in person. If other licences are required in respect of any activity in the premises, the Hirer should ensure that they hold the relevant licence or that BVHT holds it.
