Liaison with Publisher. A State may establish, in their individual PA, a requirement for Reseller to arrange with the software publisher or software publisher’s designee for implementation, customization, training, support, maintenance and other software related services. The provision of said services must be under a separate agreement between the Participating State and the applicable parties.
