Custom Reports. Contract No: ADSPO16-130651 Description: Software Value-Added Reseller (SVAR) Services Participating State and SVAR may mutually agree to include terms and conditions and pricing for the development and provision of customized reports as an optional service in a Participating Addendum.

Custom Reports. For an additional charge as defined in Attachment 3, AssetWorks will certify a Customer built Ad-hoc Report for scheduling execution from within the Application directly against the production database, certifying that the Report performs within appropriate performance guidelines and does not cause unacceptable response time issues. Once certified, AssetWorks will install the Report into Customer’s production environment to make it available for execution submission from within the Application. Backups. Backups are taken on a nightly and monthly basis. Monthly backup tapes are rotated to the offsite storage facility and maintained for 12 months before recycling. Database backups are taken each night using Oracle RMAN and a time determined by AssetWorks. File system backups are taken using Tivoli Storage Manager and are taken following the Oracle RMAN backup as part of a scheduled process. For an additional fee, AssetWorks will schedule other 'Critical Points' for back-up, as defined and required by the Customer (e.g., month-end, year-end and before upgrades.). The Customer retains the right to have copies of back-up tapes mailed to the Customer’s site on a schedule determined by AssetWorks. Hours of System Operations. The Application will be accessible and available to the Customer and capable of any and all normal operating functions 24 hours a day, seven days a week except for periods of Scheduled Maintenance and previously approved outages. AssetWorks will not be held responsible for inaccessibility arising from communications problems occurring anywhere beyond the AssetWorks side of the router residing at the Data Center, nor will these hours of unavailability be counted as unavailable. Maintenance. AssetWorks will complete routine maintenance on the Application according to the published schedule. AssetWorks will publish schedules for subsequent years on its Customer Support web site. AssetWorks will provide at least 30 days notice to any changes in the schedule.

Custom Reports. Parking Administration may request custom reports be developed on service requests and service levels at an additional charge. Provided the requested information is available and it isfeasible to create the report, Contractor shall make best efforts to meet the request.
Custom Reports. SpecWare Pro gives users the ability to create custom- ized, daily summary reports. Any parameter measured by the WatchDog data logger or weather station can be in- cluded in these reports. Af- ter entering the Custom Re- ports module (see Fig. 7) in the SpecWare Reports screen (see Select Report, pg. 35), you have the option of adding a new report or modifying or deleting an ex- Figure 7 isting report. To delete a report, highlight the name and click the Delete Custom Re- port button in the lower left corner. To add a report, click the Add New Custom Re- port button and give a name for the new report in the Create New Custom Report Screen (see Fig. 8). Custom Reports. Custom Reports involve the development of new reports that are not offered as part of the standard reporting package and modifications to existing reports. There are no custom reports included in the scope of the agreement unless detailed in Attachment F- Customizations. • Resource hours that extend scope. (Additional hours must be approved through a Change Order.) • Any undocumented requirements. Undocumented requirements include requirements not specified in this Statement of Work and associated attachments. • Post System Acknowledgement Configuration. System Acknowledgement requirements are met at the completion of End User Training and User Acceptance Testing stage. Any changes requested of the Tyler implementation team to alter the configuration, post acknowledgement of these milestones, must be documented through a Change Order and may incur additional costs. Client may have access to Tyler Technologies Statement of Work built-in configuration tools, so, when available, is free to reconfigure or create new configuration as required or desired. If assistance using these tools is required, additional change orders may apply. RISK / MITIGATION STRATEGY Unavailability/Incompatibility of Staff Risk: Tyler recognizes that individuals assigned to projects may become unavailable due to various causes. Further, Tyler recognizes that individuals sometimes clash for reasons of incompatibility. Tyler schedules team members based on all the projects to which those individuals are assigned. Unavailability may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as family matters or the employee’s departure from Tyler employment. Incompatibility creates intolerance in project objectives and tasks and creates unnecessary delays and can lead to project failure if not corrected. Mitigation: In the event a Tyler project member is determined to be unavailable, a Tyler manager will consult with Client on alternatives such as a temporary replacement or substitute of the person. Likewise a similar response is expected from the Client if their team member is unavailable. Incompatibility is addressed first through attempts to resolve the compatibility issues between individuals. Failing resolution, team members must be replaced. In the event a Tyler team member is determined to be incompatible, Tyler will replace with a new team member and provide time to orient to the project before assuming their respective responsibilities.
