Liability of the Parties on Termination. Subject to Section 17.1, the Parties shall have no right to receive, nor liability to pay, damages or other compensation on or as a result of termination of this Agreement under Article XV, or Article XVI, except for amounts payable by, and liabilities of, a Party arising prior to such termination and except for those rights and liabilities expressly set out in Section 16.8 and in Article XV of the Implementation Agreement.
