Liability, Consequential Loss and Damage. (a) Except as expressly and specifically provided in the Agreement the Customer assumes sole responsibility for the results obtained from the use by the Customer of the Products and Services including but not limited to any results obtained through the use of Software and for any conclusions drawn from such use. Acora shall have no liability for any damage caused by errors or omissions in any information, instructions or scripts provided to Acora by the Customer in connection with the Products and/or Services, or any actions taken by Acora at the Customer’s direction.
