Level IV (Formal). If the grievant is not satisfied with the disposition made at Level III, within ten (10) days of said disposition he/she may request in writing a hearing by the Board of Education. The hearing shall be held in executive session at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board that may be more than ten (10) days after receipt of the request. Within ten (10) days of such Board hearing, a written decision will be issued by the Board President to the parties. The decision reached shall be recorded on Level IV of the grievance report form.
