Common use of Level IV (Formal) Clause in Contracts

Level IV (Formal). i. If the grievant is not satisfied with the decision at Level III, they may appeal to the Board of Trustees. Such appeal must be made within ten (10) days from the time of receipt of the President's decision. The written information shall include all that which was submitted for Level III above, a copy of the President's decision at Level III, and a listing of the specific reasons why the Level III is unacceptable, if it is different from the proposed resolution of the problem at Level II.
