Common use of LESSOR AUDIT Clause in Contracts

LESSOR AUDIT. Lessee shall permit Lessor and its representatives access to the Premises, from time to time, to conduct an environmental assessment, investigation and sampling, all at Lessee's own expense.

LESSOR AUDIT. Lessee shall permit Lessor and its representatives access to the Premises, from time to time, to conduct an environmental assessment, investigation and sampling, all at LesseeLessor's own expense. If such assessment, investigation and sampling reveal a violation of this provision, the cost shall be borne by Lessee.

Lessee shall permit Lessor and its representatives access to the Premises, from time to timetime upon reasonable notice (provided that no notice need be given in the event of an emergency), to conduct an environmental assessment, investigation and sampling, all at Lessee's own expense. Lessor shall not conduct any environmental audits at Lessee's expense more often than once every three (3) years, unless Lessor reasonably believes that there is an environmental condition affecting the Premises.

LESSOR AUDIT. Lessee shall permit Lessor and its representatives access to the Premises, from time to time, to conduct an environmental assessment, investigation and sampling, all at Lessee's own expense. When entering the Premises, Lessor shall use reasonable efforts to minimize interference with Lessee's use of the Premises.
