Common use of Lessee’s Waiver Clause in Contracts

Lessee’s Waiver. The conditions specified in Clause 3.4 are for the sole benefit of the Lessee and may be waived or deferred in whole or in part and with or without conditions by the Lessee. If any of those conditions are not satisfied on or before Delivery and the Lessee (in its absolute discretion) nonetheless agrees to lease the Leased Property from the Lessor, then Lessor will ensure that those conditions are fulfilled within one month after the Delivery Date.
