Common use of Legal Requirement Clause in Contracts

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” shall mean any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolution, ordinance, code, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, ruling, directive, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion or interpretation issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority of any Governmental Body.

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” " shall mean any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolution, ordinance, code, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, ruling, directive, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion or interpretation issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority of any Governmental Body.

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” shall mean any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolution, ordinance, code, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, ruling, directive, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion ruling or interpretation requirement issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority of any Governmental Body.

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” shall mean any applicable federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolution, ordinance, code, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, ruling, directive, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion ruling or interpretation requirement issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority of any Governmental Body.

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” shall mean any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign local or other non-U.S. law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolutioncode, ordinance, regulation, code, edictorder, decreejudgment, proclamationwrit, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, ruling, directive, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determinationinjunction, decision, opinion ruling or interpretation issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect decree promulgated by or under the authority of any Governmental BodyEntity.

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” shall mean any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign foreign, international, multinational, supranational, or other law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolution, ordinance, common law, code, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, ruling, directivetreaty, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion order or interpretation requirement issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority of any Governmental BodyBody (or under the authority of NASDAQ or other stock exchange).

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” shall mean any national, supranational, EU, federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common lawtreaty, resolution, ordinance, common law, code, order, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, rulingaccreditation standard, directivecertification standard, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion ruling or interpretation requirement issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority of any Governmental BodyBody (or under the authority of Nasdaq or another stock exchange).

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” shall mean any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolution, ordinance, code, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, rulingorder, directiveaward, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion ruling or interpretation requirement issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority of any Governmental BodyBody (or under the authority of the NASDAQ Global Select Market), and the provisions of the current organizational documents and internal rules of the applicable Entity.

Legal Requirement. “Legal Requirement” shall mean any federal, state, local, municipal, foreign or other law, statute, legislation, constitution, principle of common law, resolution, ordinance, code, edict, decree, proclamation, treaty, convention, rule, regulation, ruling, directive, pronouncement, requirement, specification, determination, decision, opinion ruling or interpretation requirement issued, enacted, adopted, passed, approved, promulgated, made, implemented or otherwise put into effect by or under the authority of any Governmental BodyBody (or under the authority of the Nasdaq National Market).
