Common use of LEGAL PARAMETERS Clause in Contracts

LEGAL PARAMETERS. The parties intend that this Article is subject to all of the mandatory requirements of the Fair Dismissal Law, and other applicable statutes, and nothing in this Article shall be interpreted in a manner inconsistent with such legal requirements. In the event of such conflict, such legal requirements shall control over any language of this Article in conflict, and such language shall be of no effect. In areas where the statutes allow school district discretion, the parties do intend and agree that such discretion will be exercised in a manner strictly consistent with this Article.
