LEAVE PROGRAM. The District and the Association agree to the establishment of a Classified Unit Member Catastrophic Leave Program (Catastrophic Leave Program). The intent of this Catastrophic Leave Program is to provide additional financial protection to those unit members who incur a period of prolonged illness/injury or hospitalization.
