Leave for Job Interviews. (10) (a) A Caregiver who has been given notice that he or she has been, or will be, made redundant shall during the period of notice of termination be entitled to be absent from work up to a maximum of 8 ordinary hours during each week of notice without deduction of pay for the purpose of being interviewed for further employment.
